Meresta Eatery is located in Binalong Bay overlooking the beautiful Bay of Fires region of Tasmania.

We are a small team, with a focus on supporting Tasmanian growers, suppliers and creators.

Our menu’s are curated by our award winning Executive Chef, Josh Retzer, using the finest produce.

We are open seven days a week.

Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and wood fired pizza Wednesday to Sunday, from 7.30am till late.

Monday and Tuesday, we offer lunch, dinner, and wood fired pizza from 11am till late.

We have an extensive beverage list, highlighting Tasmanian wine makers, distillers and brewers.
